The screen itself is garish, with too many light distortions, making it hard to use for a longer period. For talking it is okay at quiet places, but at very noisy environment it can be hard to hear.

But if the lamp is off, it is impossible to see the clock or date, requiring random key press, if the keypad is not locked, or menu button press, if the keypad is locked.

On the top of the screen are icons for the network coverage strength, battery charge level and phone operator name. If some enhancement is connected to the phone, it is also displayed as icon on the top.
